System Support Technician
Responsibilities:
-
To manage and resolve irregular systems events.
-
To respond to customer inquiries and provide feedback on systems issues.
-
Provide support to end users in their daily operations.
-
Identify and resolve operational problems and carry out the necessary repairs and adjustments to minimize downtime and prevent future problems.
-
Install, configure and setup LAN/WAN and dial access services.
-
Capable of preparing simple documentation.
Requirements:
-
Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering/Computer Science or its equivalent.
-
At least 1-2 years’ experience in IT support.
-
Good understanding of TCP/IP networking protocol.
-
Able to set-up and troubleshoot TCP/IP networks.
-
Good interpersonal and communication skills .
