System Support Technician

    Responsibilities:

    • To manage and resolve irregular systems events.
    • To respond to customer inquiries and provide feedback on systems issues.
    • Provide support to end users in their daily operations.
    • Identify and resolve operational problems and carry out the necessary repairs and adjustments to minimize downtime and prevent future problems.
    • Install, configure and setup LAN/WAN and dial access services.
    • Capable of preparing simple documentation.

    Requirements:

    • Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering/Computer Science or its equivalent.
    • At least 1-2 years’ experience in IT support.
    • Good understanding of TCP/IP networking protocol.
    • Able to set-up and troubleshoot TCP/IP networks.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills .
