Operation Executive
Responsibilities:

Cooperate and inform the proponent on every installations, conversions and maintenance of the slot machines.

Responsible to ensure all rules, regulations, policies and procedures are implemented.

Analyzes and recognizes machines performance and provide necessary action to boost up the sales.
-
Responsible for daily sales report, weekly, monthly and quarterly report.
-
Inspects and reports slot machines breakdown on daily basis.
-
Safeguards all records and confidentially pertaining to company.
-
To conduct slot operation training.
-
To assist guest enquiries/complaint with regards to the dispute on machines error/jackpot.
Requirements:

Pleasant personality.
-
Preferable with Degree in Mass Communication or similar relevant education background.
-
Good interpersonal and communication skill is a MUST.
-
Computer proficiency - literate in basic computer knowledge (Word / Excel) is a MUST.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Candidates with relevant customer service experience a plus factor.

Casino background is an advantage.
