Operation Executive

    Responsibilities:

    • Cooperate and inform the proponent on every installations, conversions and maintenance of the slot machines.
    • Responsible to ensure all rules, regulations, policies and procedures are implemented.
    • Analyzes and recognizes machines performance and provide necessary action to boost up the sales.
    • Responsible for daily sales report, weekly, monthly and quarterly report.
    • Inspects and reports slot machines breakdown on daily basis.
    • Safeguards all records and confidentially pertaining to company.
    • To conduct slot operation training.
    • To assist guest enquiries/complaint with regards to the dispute on machines error/jackpot.

    Requirements:

    • Pleasant personality.
    • Preferable with Degree in Mass Communication or similar relevant education background.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skill is a MUST.
    • Computer proficiency - literate in basic computer knowledge (Word / Excel) is a MUST.
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
    • Candidates with relevant customer service experience a plus factor.
    • Casino background is an advantage.
