Logistics Executive

Responsibilities:

• Arrange and monitor 3rd party shipments for any mode of transportations in Asia.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and freight forwarding agents on shipping arrangements.
• Arrange for importation and exportation customs clearance.
Monitor domestic trucking and insurance claims.
• Daily reporting on shipping arrangement status.
• Customer satisfaction; ensure quality, productivity, on-time delivery.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• PC literate and proficient in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
• At least 3 years’ experience in related field (shipping, custom and forwarding).
• Motivated and good communication skills.
